Frequently asked questions
What file formats do you accept?
STEP and STP are preferred for 3D parts; IGES is supported. For flat sheet-metal parts a DXF of the developed shape works too. If your format isn't listed, contact us — we can usually handle it.
Can I really order a single piece?
Yes. There are no tooling minimums for sheet-metal work. One-offs, prototypes and replacements are exactly what the instant quote is built for, and quantity breaks reward larger runs.
Why order custom parts here instead of importing?
Importing from Asia pays off at high volume and when you can wait. For single pieces, short runs and urgent jobs the math flips: we quote instantly, produce locally in Central Europe and ship fast — with no minimum order.
Which technologies are available?
Sheet metal is the core — TRUMPF TruMatic punching and forming, TruBend bending and ToolMaster automatic tool setup.
